Designed to measure the strength and DC voltage, DC resistance, measuring the pulse rate, measurement of non-electrical quantities that are converted to electrical signals or DC resistance, the issue of DC voltage to power external sensors, recording and storing of measured data on the hard drive and display them in real time on the display's built.

The device has a 12 or 24 measuring channels (defined modification). 
Measurement channels provide measuring DC voltage positive (negative) polarity from 0 to 2 on the bands with the upper limit of measurement U P - 20, 200 mV, 2 V 
Measurement channels provide measurement TEDS TA and convert the measurement result in the numerical value of the temperature according to the nominal static characteristics (NSH) to STB GOST 8.585.-2004.

Measurement channels provide measuring dc current 0 to 20 mA ranges with full scale value I n - 200 uA, 2, 20 mA. 
Measurement channels provide measuring DC resistance from 0 to 2 ohms on ranges with full scale value R n - 20, 200 ohms, 2 ohms   by a three-wire connection scheme. Measuring channels provide resistance measurement vehicle and convert it to a numerical value of the temperature according to NSH TC GOST 6651-94. 
Maximum permissible error convert the measured resistance value of TV in the numerical value of the temperature indicated in Table 2.

Instruments RM-2202, RM-2202/1 - PM-2202/3 measure the pulse rate in the range of 1 Hz to 25 kHz (4-channel) and provide a count of the number of pulses in the range from minus to plus 32767 32767. 
Instruments RM-2202, RM-2202/1, RM-2202/4, the PM-2202/5 have a power supply with DC output voltage (24 ± 0,6) V and a current load of 0.6 to 1 A.

Devices have a relay alarm outputs for each measurement channel.
